At Zareave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges according to the terms listed below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. For products like jewelry, carpets, or any other handmade items, please ensure the item is in its original, undamaged condition.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, special order items, or any perishable goods, are non-returnable. If an item is non-returnable, this will be specified on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@zareave.com with the following details:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.
Once we receive your return request, our team will send you instructions on how to return the item to us. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation via email. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out your new item. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package. We may ask for pictures of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged or defective items, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
5. Late Returns
Returns received after the 7- day window will not be accepted. Please ensure that your return request is made within the given time frame.
